Nashville’s Boutique Steakhouse Kayne Prime is Expanding
Kayne Prime is expanding it's Gulch space in a big way! The upscale steakhouse is growing to accommodate larger parties and house better amenities in its modern space on M Street.
According to the Tennessean, the expansion is expected to be finished in early 2017. Currently, the M Street hot spot serves steaks in a 7,500 square foot area but when the expansion is finished the restaurant will have over 13,000 square feet! That’s quite the expansion for Kayne Prime.
“We’re adding to different ways to experience Kayne Prime,” the founder and CEO of M Street Entertainment Group’s Chris Hyndman told the Tennessean. “We’ll also be able to increase our kitchen firepower and take our culinary program to the next level.”
Along with those additions, the steakhouse will add a larger bar and lounge area, a wine sommelier room and even a kitchen expansion. Kayne Prime will also be able to hold larger parties and events in their space. Currently, the restaurant can hold 22 people but they will eventually be able to hold up to 80!
The expansion is taking over a vacant space that sat at 1101 McGavock Street. Even though Kayne Prime will be under construction, they will remain open during the expansion and will begin to accept reservations for large parties and events in December.
