Country singer-songwriter, Jake Owen, has listed his Cheatham County home for $1.5 million. The home was previously owned by country legend Loretta Lynn.
According to The Tennessean, the house is 4,918-square feet and it was completely custom made. It’s a single-family home that sits on more than seven wooded acres in Kingston Springs. The beautiful home has three bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms but that’s just the beginning. The house also has its own recording studio, a hot tub and its own outdoor tiki bar!
The three-story house immediately welcomes visitors with a bright entranceway. The wooden ceilings are absolutely stunning and truly make this home unique. Owen’s property also boasts a large chef’s kitchen that is truly a cook’s dream.
There are also spacious, organized closets to keep your entire wardrobe in the two master suites. If walk-in closets aren’t your thing, the beautiful bathtubs and cozy bathrooms may catch your eye. There’s also a large, home gym so you can stay fit without worrying about a pesky gym membership.
Owen is the home’s current owner and he’s lived in the 1254 Webb Ridge Road for five and a half years. The house was built back in 2006 and Lynn was one of the previous owner’s and, perhaps, the most famous.
