Nashville-area real estate broker Erin Krueger has left Benchmark Realty, bringing six associates along with her to the Synergy Realty Network.

Krueger (pictured) was ranked first in Tennessee and 15th in the nation by industry publication REAL Trends for 2015 for individual transactions. She brokered 344 individual transactions totaling more than $65 million last year, according to REAL Trends.

Her Benchmark Realty team has joined her at Synergy, according to a release, including Laura Dahl, Georgia Mascali, Joyce Marie Risi, Annette Hutchinson, Meg Shike and Erin Johnson.

Country music icon Reba McEntire put her lakefront Lebanon mansion up for sale this fall and now we’re getting a sneak peek at the home’s exquisite interior!

Nashville’s Boutique Steakhouse Kayne Prime is Expanding

Kayne Prime is expanding it's Gulch space in a big way! The upscale steakhouse is growing to accommodate larger parties and house better amenities in its modern space on M Street.

According to the Tennessean, the expansion is expected to be finished in early 2017. Currently, the M Street hot spot serves steaks in a 7,500 square foot area but when the expansion is finished the restaurant will have over 13,000 square feet! That’s quite the expansion for Kayne Prime.

Nashville Climbs to No. 6 on Emerging Trends in Real Estate Report

Nashville’s real estate market is hot! The annual Emerging Trends in Real Estate report is out and Music City is continuing to climb the list. 

The Emerging Trends in Real Estate report has been released for 2017 and Nashville has jumped a spot from No. 7 to No. 6 in the nation. The report is a “trends and forecast publication” compiled by Pricewaterhousecoopers and the Urban Land Institute. The report’s purpose is to provide “an outlook on real estate investment and development trends, real estate finance and capital markets, property sectors, metropolitan areas, and other real estate issues throughout the United States and Canada.”

It’s been a long time coming but Nashville is one step closer to making the Gulch-SoBro pedestrian bridge dream a reality. According to The Tennessean, “the Metro Council completed a deal Tuesday to acquire the final piece of land.”

The pedestrian bridge has been a topic of conversation for quite some time and it’s been a very controversial topic. While some think the money could be better spent elsewhere, there are many others who are in favor of the $18 million bridge that would connect the Gulch and the SoBro areas.

New Market Square Coming To Nolensville

With Williamson Counties projected growth to be in excess of 160,000 new residents over the next 20 years, the city of Nolensville  is on the move.

Mill Creek Development, LLC has crafted a “new historic” Market Square. The idea is to create a family environment for street fairs, shopping and dinning. The $90 million project will offer walk able space as well as office, retail and residential space.
