Hayley Williams, lead singer of the rock band Paramore, has put her historic Franklin home up for sale. Although Williams is a Mississippi native, she’s been in Franklin for 15 years and even started the band right here in Williamson County. Now, she’s ready to move on from the 1935 stone cottage.

According to the listing, she renovated and restored the three-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage. It’s currently listed for $1 million and has 2,374 square feet. Kristin Cavallari & Jay Cutler Reduce Their Nashville Mansion Drastically

Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler’s gorgeous Nashville mansion is still on the market. They listed their home for sale over a year ago and, now, they’ve drastically dropped the price. According to Observer.com, the reality star and her former football player husband reduced the listing price from $7.9 million to $5.75 million — a $2.15 million drop.

The couple’s home is 19,983 square feet of absolute beauty. The exterior looks like a castle with a spacious driveway and stone accents. It’s a Mediterranean style mansion and, despite the price drop, they’ll still profit if the home sells at this current price. They purchased the home for $5.3 million seven years ago.
