Jay Cutler and Kristin Cavallari’s Nashville Home is For Sale

Former pro football player, Jay Cutler, and TV personality/fashion designer, Kristin Cavallari, have listed their Nashville home. The Bancroft community house is listed at $7.9 million.

The couple bought the home at 39 Bancroft Place back in 2012. It’s a huge house at 19,983-square feet with seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The home sits on eight acres inside the gated community. It’s a stunning house but the property is also breathtaking. Cutler opened up to The Tennessean about his favorite part of the house, the location.

“I think one of the most appealing things is the location… We loved the privacy of the neighborhood, but being so close to town,” he told the newspaper.
