Lady Antebellum’s Charles Kelley Sells His Nashville Home

Lady Antebellum’s Charles Kelley recently sold his 6,682-square-feet Nashville home. He made quite a profit off the investment.

According to Variety, the country singer sold the house for $2.9 million in an off-market deal. Although the final deal was below the asking price of $3.2 million, it was a big profit for the Kelley family. Kelley and his wife, Cassie, originally paid $1.6 million for it in 2012.

Nashville Sets a New May Record for Home Sales

May was a huge month for Nashville real estate. It was so big that it was actually a record-breaking month!

According to the Tennessean, a realtor trade group tracked home sales in May of 2017. They estimate that 3,943 homes were sold that month alone. Nashville has never seen a May month with that many home sales — ever!

Even though the month was a hot one as far as sales, there still isn’t a lot of inventory in Middle Tennessee. According to the newspaper, inventory usually goes up through the summer with the culmination in September.
