Ronnie Dunn Pays $2.5 Million for Davidson County Property
Ronnie Dunn, one half of the Grammy Award-winning duo Brooks & Dunn, has invested $2.5 million in Forest Hills.
Dunn and his wife, Janine, purchased the Davidson County property from a local businessman, according to the Nashville Post. They bought the six-acre property from Thomas F. Frist III and his wife, Julie D. Frist, in southwest Nashville. That’s a big investment for the “Boot Scootin’ Boggie” singer!
The Nashville Post quotes the Davidson County Register of Deeds records as saying the land at 1900 Chickering Road became Dunn’s for exactly $2.25 million! There’s no home on the property, it’s just six-acres of beautiful land. More than likely, Dunn will build some type of home or…
