This $1.8 Million House in Brentwood Feels Like a Grown Up's Treehouse

Remember when you were a kid and you loved nothing more than climbing into your treehouse with friends? This Brentwood house feels just like that but on a much nicer scale!

This gorgeous treehouse-type retreat is located at 6314 Panorama Drive in Brentwood. It feels like its own private sanctuary but it’s still close to the city (it’s the best of both worlds!). It sits on 11 acres and, according to The Tennessean, it was custom built for its current owner.

The three-story house is completely covered by windows by the front door and it’s nestled in the hills — that’s what makes it feel like a treehouse! According to Zillow, it’s got four bedrooms, seven bathrooms and is a whopping 7,355 square feet of beautiful space.

The Tennessean spoke with the home’s current owner, and listing agent Tim Bennett, to get a feel for this unique abode. The main floor has three of the four bedrooms, a media room and access to the great outdoors. Since each bedroom has its own bathroom, it’s easy to have visitors or family stay there too.

The master is an impressive area in itself and the bathroom is fit for a king or queen. There are great views all around and the master bathroom includes a spacious bathtub with that same view. There’s also plenty of space for storage.

Check out more photos on The Tennessean’s website and let your Synergy Realty Network agent know if you’d like to see this unique house. Do you want your own retreat that’s got a smaller price tag? We can help with that, too!
