Lady Antebellum’s Charles Kelley Sells His Nashville Home
Lady Antebellum’s Charles Kelley recently sold his 6,682-square-feet Nashville home. He made quite a profit off the investment.
According to Variety, the country singer sold the house for $2.9 million in an off-market deal. Although the final deal was below the asking price of $3.2 million, it was a big profit for the Kelley family. Kelley and his wife, Cassie, originally paid $1.6 million for it in 2012.
The gorgeous home was definitely fit for a country superstar and his growing family. Architectural Digest calls the house a “white brick Georgian” that sits on more than 1.5 acres of land. The house is stunning immediately upon arrival. Visitors are greeted at the four-bedroom, five bathroom property by a semi circle driveway.
Kelley’s former residence has a spacious dining room whose chandelier and fireplace make it extra elegant. The large living room is full of light thanks to the large windows and the kitchen also boasts tons of natural light. The kitchen has a built-in refrigerator, cabinets with glass panes, marble countertops and an island that seats six! It's the perfect house for entertaining guests over dinner.
Perhaps one of the best features of the home, though, is the master bedroom — which has its own balcony. The master suite also has a dressing room and not one, but two, bathrooms.
The exquisiteness of the home continues past its walls. Outside of the Belle Meade home is a pool house and beautifully maintained grounds. The pool and putting green also sit behind the home.
