Florida Georgia Line’s Brian Kelley Lists Nashville Home with Treehouse
Brian Kelley, one half of country music duo Florida Georgia Line, just listed his very unique Nashville home for sale. The property includes a treehouse, a barn that’s perfect for parties and more on the 70-acre lot.
According to the Tennessean, the property is now listed at $6.2 million. Kelley owns the 70-acre lot in Nashville with his wife, Brittney. They bought the spot in late 2013 and six buildings sit on the land. It’s convenient to downtown and includes lush greenery as well as trails for outdoor activities.
“Our inspiration was to be as natural as possible and camouflage into the woods,” he told the newspaper via email.
That’s definitely what they did, especially after adding their treehouse. The treehouse was the forefront of an episode of Treehouse Masters on Animal Planet. Pete Nelson built it and it includes a recording studio, living room and incredible living room. Kelley seemed to be especially proud of this part of the property. He frequently showed off the area on his Instagram.
The Nashville home also includes what they call a “party barn.” In the barn is a bar, a ping pong table and more. It truly is the perfect spto for a party. There are also two single-family homes and a main house on the land. The main house connects to the treehouse with a bridge.
