CapStar Investor Gaylon Lawrence Spends $2.65M on Belle Meade House

Gaylon Lawrence, the billionaire who owns banks and a portion of CapStar Bank, just purchased a Belle Meade mansion. According to The Tennessean, he purchased the home at 307 Jackson Boulevard for $2.65 million.

The home has a gorgeous white exterior with a turnaround driveway. The two-story, 6,973-square foot home is surrounded by lush greenery and was built in 1996. When you walk into the home, you’re greeted by a split foyer and tons of natural light. There are plenty of high ceilings and gorgeous light fixtures but our favorite wall is comprised of all mirrors. A formal sitting room looks outside on the home’s property and a smaller living area is cozy and features wooden beams on the ceiling.

This home’s all-white kitchen has marble countertops and a checkered floor. Although the home is obviously built for entertaining, the kitchen is long and narrow with a cooktop built for a home chef. There’s a beautiful master suite with an even more inviting bathroom! The Belle Meade home has a crystal blue pool with plenty of outdoor space. The outdoor seating area looks more like a vacation home than a house in the heart of Nashville. Besides that, there are 1.07 acres on the property.
