Johnny Cash’s former estate is on the market once again. This time, the Old Hickory Lake home has had a huge price increase. It’s now listed for $3.95 million after a new appraisal, according to The Tennessean.
This estate, which sits at 200 Caudill Drive in Hendersonville, was the spot where Cash and June Carter Cash lived for 35 years. It’s a special space with “four separate parcels of an acre or more.” That’s right, this is prime lakefront property with 4.5 acres on it.
