Nashville’s Boutique Steakhouse Kayne Prime is Expanding

Kayne Prime is expanding it's Gulch space in a big way! The upscale steakhouse is growing to accommodate larger parties and house better amenities in its modern space on M Street.

According to the Tennessean, the expansion is expected to be finished in early 2017. Currently, the M Street hot spot serves steaks in a 7,500 square foot area but when the expansion is finished the restaurant will have over 13,000 square feet! That’s quite the expansion for Kayne Prime.

“We’re adding to different ways to experience Kayne Prime,” the founder and CEO of M Street Entertainment Group’s Chris Hyndman told the Tennessean. “We’ll also be able to increase our kitchen firepower and take our culinary

Nashville Climbs to No. 6 on Emerging Trends in Real Estate Report

Nashville’s real estate market is hot! The annual Emerging Trends in Real Estate report is out and Music City is continuing to climb the list. 

The Emerging Trends in Real Estate report has been released for 2017 and Nashville has jumped a spot from No. 7 to No. 6 in the nation. The report is a “trends and forecast publication” compiled by Pricewaterhousecoopers and the Urban Land Institute. The report’s purpose is to provide “an outlook on real estate investment and development trends, real estate finance and capital markets, property sectors, metropolitan areas, and other real estate issues throughout the United States and Canada.”
